Effective date: September 3, 2026
These Terms explain the rules for using Pulse and the responsibilities that apply when using its market, financial-health, AI, research, and simulation features.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Pulse, including its websites, dashboards, market-data views, charting tools, Pulse Radar, NaviQ, Financial Health, Investment Navigator, alerts, reports, portfolio tools, educational content, and demo-trading features (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Pulse is designed for education, market awareness, research, and decision support. Pulse is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, tax adviser, law firm, or fiduciary. Information provided through Pulse is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, digital asset, commodity, currency, or other financial instrument. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
Market prices, news, economic data, public trader information, and other third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, revised, or inaccurate. Market status and data availability can vary by asset class, exchange, provider, and trading session. Pulse does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or continued availability of third-party information.
NaviQ and other AI-assisted features may summarize, interpret, or organize available information and may also produce errors or incomplete conclusions. AI output should be reviewed together with the underlying source data. Pulse does not guarantee that AI-generated content is correct, current, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Where Pulse permits an AI-assisted chart or demo-trading action, the user remains responsible for reviewing the requested action and any confirmation shown by the Service.
Pulse Radar may display source-grounded public account or positioning information when supported by an available public data source. Coverage is not exhaustive and may not be available for every market. Public wallet or account data does not establish the real-world identity, intent, strategy, or future behavior of any person. Pulse does not infer or guarantee such information.
Demo Trading uses simulated funds only. No real brokerage account is opened and no real securities or other assets are purchased or sold through Demo Trading. Simulated results do not represent actual trading performance and do not account for all conditions that may affect real-world execution, including liquidity, slippage, taxes, fees, market impact, and emotional decision-making.
Financial Health, Investment Navigator, Portfolio Architect, Financial Freedom, and related planning tools provide educational calculations, frameworks, and scenario analysis based on information and assumptions supplied by you or available to the Service. Results are estimates, not guarantees, and are not personalized financial, tax, legal, retirement, or investment advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate account information, use the Service lawfully, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, access another user’s data, disrupt the Service, scrape restricted content, reverse engineer protected portions of the Service, or use Pulse for fraud or other unlawful activity.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices, included features, usage limits, and billing periods are shown before purchase and may change prospectively. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage your subscription through the Subscription or Billing area of your account. Any applicable refund rights are governed by the terms presented at checkout and applicable law.
Pulse, its branding, software, interfaces, original content, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to the operator of Pulse and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. They do not transfer ownership of Pulse intellectual property to you.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, data sources, integrations, limits, or portions of the Service as the product evolves. Maintenance, provider outages, market closures, network conditions, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of investment performance, profitability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results. You assume the risks associated with relying on market information, AI output, calculations, simulations, or third-party data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You may stop using Pulse at any time and may request account deletion through available account controls. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address fraud or security risks, enforce these Terms, or protect the integrity of the Service. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate operational purposes.
We may update these Terms as Pulse evolves or as legal and operational requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the support or contact options made available within Pulse.
